1. Shipping Details

• Customers must provide the complete and accurate delivery address, along with a valid contact number of the receiver.

• Incomplete, incorrect, or unreachable contact details may result in delivery failure.

• Since we deal in fresh flowers and perishable items, no refund will be applicable once the delivery has been attempted.

2. Delivery Locations

• We deliver orders only in the cities listed in our dropdown selection menu.

• Customers must ensure that the delivery address belongs strictly to the selected delivery city.

• We do not deliver to outskirts, remote areas, or locations outside our listed serviceable cities.

If:

• The selected city and the actual delivery address do not match, OR

• The address falls outside our serviceable limits

We will issue a Full Refund in the form of Store Credit / Voucher only.
No cashback or source-account refund will be processed in such cases.

3. Delivery Attempt Policy

Delivery shall be considered successfully attempted if:

• The recipient is unavailable.

• The call is unanswered.

• The address is incorrect/incomplete.

• The recipient refuses to accept the order.

• Entry is restricted at offices, hospitals, gated societies, or secured premises.

In all such cases, no refund will be applicable due to the perishable nature of products.

4. Product Representation

• Product images displayed on the website are for reference purposes only.

• Actual products may vary in design, wrapping, color tone, or arrangement depending on:

  • Local stock availability / Seasonal flower supply

  • Production variations

Since flowers are locally sourced items, variations are natural and acceptable.
